Wild Iris is the essence to use when you carry deep seated patterns that make it difficult for you to see when something is your responsibility or not.

Those in need of the Wild Iris Essence are often working with deep unconscious patterns of responsibility for the welfare of others or the planet. These patterns are often the result of earlier lifetimes in which lessons relating to balanced authority and responsibility have not been fully learned. Unconsciously still locked into these old memories, the personality continues to try to ‘fix’ everything around them by subtly attempting to coerce, control or criticise others into doing what they consider right, completely oblivious to the fact that those around them have their own path to follow through life.

Wild Iris helps to dissolve these old mindsets, allowing the personality to release the burden of unrealistic responsibility.

Wild Iris is the Karmic Flower Essence associated with Dr Bach's Overcare for the Welfare of Others group. While the five Bach Remedies in this group each address a different expression of excessive concern, responsibility or control, Wild Iris offers a deeper level of energetic support, helping to uncover and transform old beliefs around personal power, authority and responsibility, and encouraging greater trust, acceptance and the ability to allow others to follow their own path.

The five related Bach Flower Remedies are:

Beech - being overly critical, intolerant and finding fault with others, Chicory - possessiveness, controlling behaviour and a need for love and attention in return, Rock Water - rigid self-discipline, self-denial and setting excessively high standards for oneself, Vervain - over-enthusiasm, strong convictions and a tendency to impose one's ideas on others and Vine - dominance, inflexibility and a need to control or direct others.

How To Use This Essence

A normal adult dosage would be 4 drops on the tongue 3 or 4 x a day directly from the stock bottle for as long as is needed to create a shift in the energy of the pattern you are working with. In our experience it is not unusual to finish a whole bottle before transformation feels complete. You can also use any of the essences in this set over the short term to help promote a quick shift of energy in a pattern that you are working with. For instance a few drops of Pink Rose, either taken on the tongue or diffused into the auric field during a healing session, can be invaluable to help clear away old fears. We do not recommend giving Karmic Essences to children under 12 years of age. Preferably take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink.

Storage Advice - It is best to store vibrational essences in a cool place away from TV’s, mobile phones, microwaves, computers etc.
