How to Use the Flower Essence Collection Set

Two bottles of Crystal Herbs Dandelion flower essence - 10ml and 25ml sizes

You can begin with whichever flower essence feels most relevant to you, choosing according to the emotions, patterns or qualities you'd like to explore. There is no particular order in which you need to use the essences.

Suggested use: Take four drops directly on the tongue, three - four times a day, preferably at least ten minutes away from food and drink.

The essences are supplied at stock level and can be taken directly from the bottle without further dilution. You can work with one essence at a time or combine several different flower essences together to create your own personalised combination.

As you work with your chosen essences, allow yourself time to notice any changes in your feelings, awareness or perspective, and adjust your selection as your needs evolve.

How long will a bottle last?

10ml bottle: Approximately 200 drops, lasting around 12–13 days when taking four drops, four times daily.
25ml bottle: Approximately 550 drops, lasting around 34 days at the same dosage.
