Inner harmony is a state created when the heart and mind work together in a balanced partnership in which the knowing of the heart is given equal status with that of the mind. In today’s activity orientated society the recognition of the importance of this balance has been all but lost, with the result that many people over strive in the outer world and can no longer slow down enough to connect meaningfully with themselves at an inner level. This very common pattern often manifests as an emotional or mental ‘tightness’, an overactive mind or simply an inability to relax and ‘switch off’.

This combination will help promote a state of inner relaxation in which new perspectives become possible as the consciousness of the mind and that of the heart come into greater balance.

How to Use	Take four drops on the tongue directly from the bottle between two & four times a day. Finish the whole bottle then re-check to see if more of that particular combination or another is needed. We do not recommend taking more than one combination at a time. Preferably take 10 minutes away from food and drink. These are all stock level combinations. To gain maximum benefit from your combination we recommend that you take it without further dilution.

How To Use This Essence

A normal adult dosage would be 4 drops on the tongue directly from the bottle between two and four times a day. We'd usually suggest that to gain maximum benefit from your combination you take it directly from stock without further dilution - this gives you the deepest acting effect from the essence. We'd normally recommend that you finish the whole bottle before seeing whether more of that particular essence or another is needed. Preferably take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink. We wouldn't usually recommend giving the Divine Harmony Essences to children under 12.

Storage Advice - It is best to store vibrational medicine in a cool place away from TV’s, mobile phones, microwaves, computers etc.

How Long Will a Bottle Last - 10ml: there are approximately 200 drops in a 10ml bottle. This equates to about 50 doses ( 4 drops on tongue ) and when used 4 drops 4 x a day will last approximately 12.5 days. 25ml: there are approximately 550 drops in a 25ml bottle. This equates to about 136 doses ( 4 drops on tongue ) and when used 4 drops 4 x a day will last approximately 34 days.

How Many Essences Can I Take?

Each of the Divine Harmony Essences is a powerful combination of at least 5 different essences so we recommend that you only take one of these combinations at a time. It is usually best to avoid using any of the other deeper acting combinations at the same time, although a well chosen combination of the Bach Flower Remedies can be very supportive when used alongside the Divine Harmony Essences.
