Many trees have a very long lifespan and if left to develop without interference will clearly express their individuality in the ways that they grow. They become receptacles and storage points for the wisdom of the natural world, a wisdom that they will gladly offer to those able to receive it.

Taking a walk in a forest or amongst a group of mature trees can be a beautifully calming, regenerating and uplifting experience. How to Use Your Tree Flower Essence Set

You can begin with whichever Tree Flower Essence feels most relevant to you, choosing according to the emotions, patterns or qualities you'd like to explore. There is no particular order in which you need to use the ten essences.

Suggested use: Take four drops directly on the tongue, two to four times a day, preferably at least ten minutes away from food and drink.

The essences are supplied at stock level and can be taken directly from the bottle without further dilution. You can work with one essence at a time or combine several different Tree Flower Essences together to create your own personalised combination.

As you work with your chosen essences, allow yourself time to notice any changes in your feelings, awareness or perspective, and adjust your selection as your needs evolve.
