How to Use The Belief Patterns Set

You can begin with whichever Belief Pattern Essence feels most relevant to you. There is no particular order in which you need to work with the ten essences, so allow your intuition, feelings and current circumstances to guide your choice.

Suggested use: Take four drops directly on the tongue, two to four times a day, preferably at least ten minutes away from food and drink.

Each Divine Harmony Essence is a deep-acting combination, so we generally recommend working with just one combination at a time. You can continue using your chosen essence until you finish the bottle or feel that a shift in awareness has taken place, before deciding whether to continue with the same essence or move on to another.

The essences are supplied at stock level, and we normally recommend taking them without further dilution.

As you work with an essence, it can be helpful to stay aware of any insights, feelings or changes in perspective that arise, particularly those connected with familiar emotional patterns or situations in your life.

How long will a bottle last?

10ml bottle: Approximately 200 drops, lasting around 12–13 days when taking four drops, four times daily.
25ml bottle: Approximately 550 drops, lasting around 34 days at the same dosage.

We wouldn't normally recommend the Divine Harmony Essences for children under 12.
