How to Use	You can choose to start with any of the ten Essences as there is no right or wrong order to use these in – allow your intuition to guide you to the Essence that you need to start with. Take 4 drops on your tongue from your chosen bottle between 2 & 4 times a day. Finish the whole bottle or use until you feel a shift in conscious awareness. We do not recommend taking more than one combination at a time. Preferably take 10 minutes away from food and drink. These are all stock level combinations and to gain maximum benefit from your combinations we recommend that you take it without further dilution.
