Yellow Rattle essence is the one to choose when you carry unconscious patterns that result in feelings of deep sadness coming to the surface for no obvious reason. Often these uncomfortable feelings are ones that you can recognise as having been an undercurrent theme for the whole of your life.

Those in need of this essence carry an innate sadness and melancholy from previous lifetimes that they are often unable to express, and which causes recurring and apparently unfounded feelings of hopelessness and despair to surface in their current lives. Yellow Rattle is the Karmic Flower Essence associated with Dr Bach's Despondency or Despair group. While the eight Bach Remedies in this group each address a different expression of emotional distress, discouragement or despair, Yellow Rattle offers a deeper level of energetic support, helping to uncover and transform old emotional imprints and unconscious patterns that may be creating a persistent sense of sadness, melancholy or hopelessness without any obvious cause. It encourages the release of these deeply held feelings, opening the way for greater inner peace, hope and emotional freedom.

How To Use This Essence

A normal adult dosage would be 4 drops on the tongue 3 or 4 x a day directly from the stock bottle for as long as is needed to create a shift in the energy of the pattern you are working with. In our experience it is not unusual to finish a whole bottle before transformation feels complete. You can also use any of the essences in this set over the short term to help promote a quick shift of energy in a pattern that you are working with. For instance a few drops of Pink Rose, either taken on the tongue or diffused into the auric field during a healing session, can be invaluable to help clear away old fears. We do not recommend giving Karmic Essences to children under 12 years of age. Preferably take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink.

Storage Advice - It is best to store vibrational essences in a cool place away from TV’s, mobile phones, microwaves, computers etc.
