Karmic Essence Sets

Our Karmic Essence Set brings together all ten Karmic Flower Essences, and is a powerful set for exploring and transforming deeply held emotions, beliefs and unconscious patterns.

Each essence is a deeper-acting single Flower Essence, that will help you work with the underlying patterns that are influencing how you think, feel and respond to life. Seven of the essences are associated with Dr Bach's seven personality groups, while the remaining three are Bridging Essences that offer additional support for your inner journey.

Working with the complete set gives you the chance to choose whichever essence feels most relevant as different emotions and patterns come into awareness, supporting greater understanding, emotional freedom and personal growth.

About the Karmic Essences

The Karmic Essences were originally created as a deeper-acting step beyond Dr Bach's original 38 Flower Remedies, and offer the opportunity to work beyond everyday emotional states and explore underlying patterns and beliefs.

We find the Karmic Essences particularly useful for working with these deeper patterns over the longer term, but they can be equally supportive in the moment when you need a little extra help. We often find ourselves reaching for essences like Pink Rose or Valerian when we feel the need for some immediate support.

How to Use Your Karmic Essence Set

You can begin with whichever Karmic Flower Essence feels most relevant to the emotions, beliefs or patterns you're currently working with. There is no particular order in which you need to use the ten essences, so allow your feelings, intuition and current circumstances to guide your choice.

Suggested use: Take four drops directly on the tongue, three or four times a day, preferably at least ten minutes away from food and drink.

The Karmic Essences are powerful, deeper-acting essences, so we normally recommend working with just one Karmic Essence at a time, rather than combining several together or using them alongside other deeper-acting essences.

You can continue with your chosen essence for as long as feels appropriate, allowing time for the underlying pattern to come into awareness and begin to shift. Sometimes this may be a relatively short process, while at other times you may wish to work with an essence over a longer period.

A carefully chosen combination of Bach Flower Remedies can also provide gentle emotional support alongside your Karmic Essence.
