Nephrite essence promotes the release of old patterning in the form of any old beliefs and emotional issues that are holding us back and are in need of transformation. It also helps new energies to be absorbed and integrated into our energetic structure more easily.

Nephrite will also assist you to clarify what your inner strengths are and assist you to find new ways to build on them that will provide a strong foundation for further transformation. For instance you might be very aware of being fearful in certain situations but much less aware that you have reserves of inner strength that you could rely on to help you cope at those times when you feel tested by the circumstances of life.

Nephrite is a good essence to use when you need a little support to maintain emotional stability during times of deep transformation. It also works in the throat chakra and will help to encourage greater self-expression.

How To Use This Essence

A normal adult dosage would be 4 drops on the tongue between 2 & 4 x a day, continuing until the bottle is finished. For best results take straight from the stock bottle, without further dilution, and preferably take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink.

Storage Advice - It is best to store vibrational essences in a cool place away from TV’s, mobile phones, microwaves, computers etc.

How Many Essences Can I Take?

As a normal adult dosage you can take up to 6 of the single Gem & Crystal Essences at a time. They will work just as well taken singly or in a combination, but if you would like to combine them, simply mix equal quantities of each essence in an empty clean bottle, or alternatively you can also order them as a pre-made combination here - custom Gem & Crystal Essence combinations. We wouldn't normally recommend using any other essences whilst using a combination of this type, except the Bach Remedies.
