The Wild Orchid Essence is the one to choose when you carry very deep-seated patterns of doubt and uncertainty that make it difficult for you to guide yourself through life from your own inner knowing.

Feelings of uncertainty originate from a belief in separation from Source and therefore from the higher aspects of ourselves. Without this connection we are unable to guide ourselves through life from an intuitive knowing of what is right for us, which can create situations where we experience great doubt and uncertainty at a personality level.

Wild Orchid is the Karmic Flower Essence associated with Dr Bach's Uncertainty group. While the six Bach Remedies in this group each address a different aspect of uncertainty, doubt or lack of confidence, Wild Orchid offers a deeper level of energetic support, helping to uncover and transform old unconscious beliefs that prevent us from trusting our own inner guidance, intuition and judgement. It encourages greater self-trust, clarity and confidence in the choices we make.

The six related Bach Flower Remedies are:

Cerato - lack of trust in one's own judgement and constantly seeking advice or reassurance from others, Gentian - discouragement, disappointment and doubt following setbacks, Gorse - hopelessness, despair and loss of faith that things can improve, Hornbeam - mental tiredness, procrastination and difficulty finding the motivation to begin, Scleranthus - indecision, difficulty choosing between alternatives and inner uncertainty, Wild Oat - uncertainty about one's direction or purpose in life and difficulty finding a fulfilling path.

How To Use This Essence

A normal adult dosage would be 4 drops on the tongue 3 or 4 x a day directly from the stock bottle for as long as is needed to create a shift in the energy of the pattern you are working with. In our experience it is not unusual to finish a whole bottle before transformation feels complete. You can also use any of the essences in this set over the short term to help promote a quick shift of energy in a pattern that you are working with. For instance a few drops of Pink Rose, either taken on the tongue or diffused into the auric field during a healing session, can be invaluable to help clear away old fears. We do not recommend giving Karmic Essences to children under 12 years of age. Preferably take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink.

Storage Advice - It is best to store vibrational essences in a cool place away from TV’s, mobile phones, microwaves, computers etc.
