Revival Remedy Combination...

Revival Remedy is a combination of Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose & Star of Bethlehem and was originally formulated by Dr Bach for use in situations requiring ‘emergency rescue’. It acts as a very swift emotional stabiliser in circumstances where there is much fear, panic, trauma, or other severe upset such as a serious accident or unexpected bereavement.

Revival Remedy is also available as a cream.

It is also a very effective support for those less traumatic but still challenging events in life like exams, driving tests, visits to the dentist, presentations etc.

Revival Remedy is not a substitute for medical attention, which should always be summoned in an emergency; rather it releases and dissolves the effects of shock, fear or trauma, thus enabling the body’s own self-healing process to take effect quicker.

How to Use	In acute situations take 4 drops on the tongue directly from the stock bottle and repeat every 10 – 15 minutes until feeling stabilised and calm. A few drops could also be rubbed onto pulse points. For more long term usage; even when a difficult situation or experience has passed the acute stage Revival Remedy is often most effective when taken directly from the stock bottle. A normal adult dose would be 4 drops on the tongue 8 x a day. If you know that you have an event coming up that you will need support with start taking Revival Remedy at least a week before hand. Revival Remedy can also be diluted into a treatment combination. In this situation it counts as one essence out of your 7 or 8 and you need to add 4 drops of Revival Remedy when making up your treatment bottle. Alternatively 8 drops of Revival Remedy could be added to a small glass of water which is then sipped often throughout the day.

How To Use This Essence

The Bach Flower Essences are simple and easy to use. This is a stock level essence and you can it take as a single remedy for a clear emotional state or combine it with up to eight remedies for more complex emotional experiences.

How to Use a Single Essence: Put two drops of your chosen essence into a clean glass dropper bottle containing up to 30ml of spring water (adding a teaspoon full of brandy or cider vinegar as a preservative if you wish). Alternatively you can add 2 drops into a small glass of water. You can also use directly from the stock bottle if you wish.

How to Make a Combination: Put 2 drops from each of the essences you require (4 drops of Revival Remedy) into a clean glass dropper bottle containing up to 30ml of spring water (adding a teaspoon full of brandy or cider vinegar as a preservative if you wish). Alternatively you can add 2 drops into a small glass of water. You can combine up to 8 Remedies toegther in your combination.

How to Use

Using Your Combination: For a normal adult dosage take 4 drops on the tongue (or a sip from your glass of water) 8 x a day, or every 30 - 60 minutes for acute states. Using Directly From Stock: Take 2 drops on the tongue as above. Preferably take 10 minutes away from food and drink. We'd normally suggest using for two - four weeks before reviewing how you feel.

Storage Advice - It is best to store vibrational medicine in a cool place away from TV’s, mobile phones, microwaves, computers etc.

How Many Essences Can I Take?

You can use up to 8 of the Bach Flower Remedies at one time, either individually or mixed together as a combination.
