Loving acceptance is a state that is so needed in the world right now. It takes us out of the right/wrong, us/them, polarized, separative dynamic that has been so much part of our world up to now, and reminds us how to see everything from a more unified perspective, where we are free to make positive, new choices for ourselves. Holding this frequency consistently also means that we broadcast it into the world around us, strengthening the collective field of loving acceptance and offering others the opportunity to remember and connect with it themselves.

This is a powerful essence to use when you are struggling to accept a part of yourself that needs your love in order to transform. We often find it particularly difficult to extend loving and compassionate acceptance to ourselves and using the spray consistently for a while will take you deep into the vibrational frequency of love & acceptance time and again. How to Use The Loving Acceptance Spray

The Loving Acceptance Spray can be used both externally and internally.

For external use: spray liberally into the auric field to create a quick, effective energetic realignment or use consistently over a period of time to support more permanent transformation. If using consistently, an application 4 x a day would be a good dosage guide for most adults.

For internal use: 2 sprays on the tongue up to 4 x a day, taken consistently for about two weeks will provide maximum effectiveness. Preferably take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink.

For use environmentally: spray liberally into your home or office space when you need a quick uplift in the vibrational frequencies. Use as needed.

How To Use This Essence

A normal adult dosage is 4 drops directly on the tongue, 3 or 4 times a day from your chosen essence or combination. We'd usually suggest that to gain maximum benefit from your essence you take it directly from stock without further dilution - this gives you the deepest acting effect from the essence. We'd normally recommend that you finish the whole bottle before seeing whether more of that particular essence or another is needed. Preferably take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink.

Storage Advice - It is best to store vibrational medicine in a cool place away from TV’s, mobile phones, microwaves, computers etc.

How Many Essences Can I Take?

Heartfelt Forgiveness Rose Flower Essence

Single Rose Essences: a normal adult recommendation is to use up to 5 of the single Rose Essences at any one time. They will work just as well taken singly or in a combination.

Rose Combinations: each of these is a powerful combination of four different essences, so we recommend that you only take one of these combinations at a time and do not take any essences other than Bach Flower Remedies at the same time.

A well chosen combination of the Bach Flower Remedies can be very supportive when used alongside the Rose Essences.
